三茶一生是一處以茶為媒介的生活空間， 以一盞茶的時間，連結土地、人，以及日常裡那些 容易被風吹散的瞬間。
我們相信，茶不只是飲品，而是一種看待時間的方式。 從山林的霧氣、採茶人手心的溫度、到爐火與壺嘴之間 升起的水汽，每一個環節都是緩慢的對話。
在這裡，我們把茶席留給願意慢下來的人—— 一個能夠安靜聽見茶葉舒展的角落， 一段不急著抵達任何地方的時間。
